Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

取消與錯過預約規定

We consider any appointment that you have made with her essential. Your appointment is for your exclusive use, and when it is cancelled with short notice or missed altogether, it is often too late or impossible to offer this time to someone else, and the appointment time goes unfilled.

本工作室除了會心團體的上課方式是由治療師訂定的時間外，其餘的治療或是課程皆採取預約制。我們視您與她的任何預約都是很重要的。您的預約是她為您特地保留下來的時間，專屬您的。如果您在快到的時間裡取消或完全錯過，或為時已晚，不可能將此時間提供給其他人預約及填補，本工作室有相關的規定來保障您與治療師的時間和約定。

個人治療的客戶：

1. A total of 48 hours' notice is required for cancelling appointments. 如果您無法在預定的時間前來，請48小時前通知。

2. If you cancel your appointment between 12 - 24 hours before time, you will be 100 % charged.   如果您在預約時間12到24小時之間取消預約，您將被收取預約費用的100％.

3. If you purchased the package and cancelled it under 24 hours before your appointment time, the session will see as used. 如果您是購買套裝的產品, 您在預約時間超過24小時取消預約，該預約將被視為使用。

4. The product of the package will be expired one year from the date you purchased it. 套裝的產品將在你購買後一年過期。

5. There is a range of valid reasons for cancelling an appointment. However, to be consistent with all clients, cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency requiring urgent professional treatment, a death in the family, or a natural disaster. 為了與所有客戶保持一致，如果需要緊急專業治療，家庭死亡或自然災害的醫療緊急情況下，取消費用將被免除。

6. Life circumstances may arise, making attending therapy on an ongoing basis difficult or even impossible. Clients who cancel/rebook three or more consecutive treatment appointments take a minimum 3-month break from doing therapy with us. 生活狀況可能會導致持續的治療很困難甚至不可能。若個案在治療過程中若連續取消/重新預訂3次或以上，我們將會建議個案至少休息3個月再進行治療。

7. We are happy to discuss your situation after this period to assist you in determining whether counselling with her would be appropriate. In addition, we understand that clients may choose to seek counsel with alternative therapy providers if taking a break from therapy with us. 在一段治療實踐過後，我們很願意與您討論是否她是一位適合您的治療師。我們很了解您的決定，也了解個案可能選擇其他的諮商師或治療師或其他的替代性治療。

         

The payments of the Therapy, Missed Appointments, and Late Cancellations are payable via cash, cheque and interact e-transfer. The client pays the session fee before the session; if the time runs late, the client should pay the extra cost after the session. We appreciate your prompt payment.

治療費用或錯過預約和延遲取消皆需要支付，不管以現金或支票皆可。客戶需要諮詢前付費，超過時間需再付額外超郭時間的費用。 我們感謝您的即時付款與了解和合作。
