EXPRESSIVE ARTS MODALITIES
​表達藝術形式

The studio mainly conducts expressive arts therapy work through "Intermodal Expressive Arts (EXA)" (the creative connection between one art form and another art form, the creative connection, Rogers, 1993). The expressive arts therapist (Change Agent) works with a client to use "imagination" to escape narrow situations and personal restrictions and look at them with experiences different from daily habitual thinking and coping and handling events. Walk through it and feel guided by an attentive, supportive attitude in perceptual interaction "desensitizing." Dialogue and questions on the screen or with the therapist are guided by openness, understanding and empathy so the client can meet the hidden things and use them as a resource for inner strength. Through this kind of dialogue, various possible hidden choices of the case will emerge, and there will be new views, new ideas, and new scenes in response to different restricted actions or reactions in daily life; that is: through expressive arts, the creative image of the case given life, the talking pictures activated the feeling and thoughts of the client facing a dead end. Imagination allows us to express pain and overcome it at the same time.

A look at the combination of art form and imagination commonly used in expressive arts therapy. For your information:

1) Free association or guided imagination, joint sensory (multisensory reception and triggering) and perception

2) Wish-oriented conversations imagining different scenarios, such as "What would happen if this...?"

3) Body language and its imaginative possibilities (for example: What is your shoulder saying? Or what is this posture expressing?) enhance the body sensation and self-awareness of the client

4) Perform artistic activities (theatre, painting, masking, ritual, body movement and sound, performance, game dialogue) or other creative activities, using pictures for desensitizing, shaping space

5) Use of artwork (song music, lyrics, writing, articles, photos, drawings, movies, etc.)

6) Use cognitive imagery, use metaphors

7) Use the first-person and third-person imaginative dialogue method

8) Using the combination of imaginary and empty chair techniques, guide the case to explore unfinished events and then complete them

9) Guide the use of "I Message, or I statement" love expression of non-violent communication and Satir dialogue mode deeply rooted warm internal and external consistent dialogue method

10) Meeting Oneness: Presentation, Feedback, Reflection, Ah-Ha Moment

 

 

本工作室主要透過「感知互動表達藝術」(Intermodal Expressive Arts; EXA)  (一個藝術形式連結到另一個藝術形式之創造性連結, the creative connection, Rogers, 1993) 進行表達性藝術治療的工作。透過表達性藝術治療師 (變化推動者 Change Agents) 的引導,協助個案使用 「想像力,塑造空間」; 走出狹隘的情境與個人限制的出口,以不同於日常習慣性的思維與應對的經驗去看待與處理事件。在感知互動「去中心化」(desensitizing) 中,去走過它並感受充滿注意的支持態度的引導。在畫面或與治療師之間的對話與問題,是以開放、理解和同理來做為引路,以讓個案有機會遇見隱藏來的東西,並將它成為內在力之使用資源。透過這樣的對話,個案的各種可能隱藏的選擇就會出現,對日常生活各種限制行動或反應,就有新觀點、新想法、新景象,亦即: 透過表達藝術,​個案賦予生命的創作圖像,會說話的圖像,活化了個案面對死胡同的感覺與想法。想像力使我們同時表達痛苦並克服痛苦。

表達性藝術治療裡常用的藝術形式和想像力結合的樣貌。供您參考:

1) 自由聯想或引導想像, 聯合感覺 (多重感官接收與觸發) 與知覺

2) 願望導向之想像不同劇本的會談,例如 「如果這樣......會發生甚麼?」

3) 身體語言與其想像上的可能性 (例如: 你的肩膀再說甚麼? 或 這個姿勢再表達甚麼?),提升個案身體覺察 (body-sensation) 和自我覺知 (self-awarness) 的能力

4) 進行藝術活動 (戲劇、繪畫、戴面具、儀式、身體動作與聲音,表演,遊戲對話) 或其他創造性活動,使用圖畫進行去中心去敏感化 (desensitizing),塑造空間

5) 使用藝術作品 (歌曲音樂、歌詞,寫作,文章、相片、圖畫、電影等)

6) 使用認知想像法、使用隱喻

7) 使用第一人稱與第三人稱法想像對話法

8) 使用結合想像裡與空椅技巧, 導引個案探索未完成事件,然後完成

9) 引導使用 "I Message or I statement" 愛的表達之非暴力溝通與薩提爾對話模式深入植心的溫暖內外一致對話法

10) 遇見合一: 呈現、回饋、反思、頓悟時刻 (Ah-Ha Moment)
